I just got done soldering my velleman 8023 kit, and would like to ask the forum, do I power the reciever by putting 12 volts dc in to the (+ vext and Gnd) on the blue screw terminals?



Also on the control there is a "common" in addition to the ( + and - VTX terminal) does this "common"need to be connected to anything in order to work?

Working on my first ROV project and very happy to be here!

Can you share the place in which you aquired the kit

I bought it in shop in UK.

If you go onto the vellerman site they will post direct. you have to be good a soldering as the kits come unmade..
