I have completed my university electronic engineering project to build an ROV. I have a project page at
http://mbed.org/users/scotto/notebook/scottrov/ where you can download the full project report.
FWIW, the mbed is an excellent tool.

congrats! it looks like a nice rov.
I'd like to see your thruster placement. Would you mind posting a pic or two of the finished rov out of water that shows where all the thrusters are placed and which direction that point?

Nice vectored thrusters. What propellers did you use? Looks great overall!

yeah, that is what I was looking for. thanks!
so why the 3 vertical thrusters? I don't see an arm or other reason the balance of the rov would shift.
