I'm having trouble sourcing perspex domes. The security camera ones can be ok, but I want something with a much shallower curvature to prevent optical distortion.
For shallower dives I can make do with a flat perspex disc, but for deeper work a slightly curved portal would be better. I'm wanting to mount it on 125mm pvc pipe. Does anyone know of a reliable source, or is it better to have one custom made?

Hi Mike, the link below is where I purchased my dome and you can pretty much configure what you need from diameter, dome depth, material thickness and flange width.

Very good prices in my opinion and far stronger than the standard CCTV dome.
