Hello,
I posted my arduino source code for our rov in the build thread:

I also posted the wired and wireless wii controller library I used to handle the control.
Disclaimer: I'm not a software engineer, so I'm sure the code could be cleaned up/optimized/commented better/etc. You have been warned...
