hi Shane.
that looks like a lot of un-nessesary umbilical wiring. i'd reccomend using a multiplexer of some kind, velleman kit or something similar so you can have a much thinner tether for the same controll. also the cameras need power, or are you supplying this down the coax.

Your absently rite but as of now I'm way over budget and the tether is built already.

The LEDs need some sort of current limiting too, at the very least a resistor in each branch, but better still a proper driver circuit. drivers are cheap as chips from china.

well you are only putting 6v across 4 leds, so you don't really need a resistor. what is the forward voltage of each led?

you can buy already some 6-12V car LED Lights. I bought a chinese product 12V, 18 Leds for about 30$ each (I use 4 of them) saves a lot of soldering and mounting, just plug and play..
