plenty of buoyancy

hello everyone
just got done with the body of my rov, and had it in water without trusters and electrics inside,
it had plenty of buoyancy i had to put a 5 kilo rock under it. in a rope to get it just under the surface
so it looks like i will have more then enough buoyancy even after the trusters and electrics get mounted
mabye i will have to put some weight inside the bodt to get rid of som air
the trusters will go on soon

looking good, how much gap is there betwen the motor body and ducts on you thrusters.

The gap is 7 mm.

That's the first thing I noticed also. The gap looks pretty small so could restrict water flow which would reduce the effectiveness of the thrusters. You can probably fix this pretty easily by boring large holes on the motor side of those kort nozzles. Something like how they did it on the VideoRay Scout/Explorers:

A little feedback, the bastard has been in the water but the problem was the 7 mm gab, there was not enough
water flow it was to slow,
I try to mill the gabs bigger and see what happens
my question it, if i mill some holes like in the pic can that help me

Short answer: yes. Long answer: anything you can do to enhance the flow of water to and from the thruster prop will help to increase its effectiveness. Milling the motor housing a bit will help a bit. Cutting away (or drilling holes) on the motor-side of the kort nozzles will help also. Look at some commercial ROVs and in particular their thrusters to get some idea how others are doing it.

Looks great!
I might suggest also drilling some big holes in the frame material to loose some weight and make it easier for the rov to move through the water. without any holes on the front and back faces, your thrusters will be trying to push a big brick through the water.

Yes good point, I could see that today, the trusters was fighting alot
I have made some changes to the trusters and try again tomorrow

efter the changes to the trusters it moved much better, but now good enough so i am think i will make another body
for it, this one is way too havy, So this thing is dead

try somthing new, with the same trusters
