Hello from Colchester - First ROV

Hello from Colchester!
I'm an A level student in Colchester (England), looking to design and build an affordable ROV as my year 13 project. This is to be small and similar(ish) to OpenROV and I'm sure many of yours. Currently I'm looking at a maximum depth of around 70m - 75m (125psi) how realistic is this? I have no ROV experience but quite a bit of design and underwater experience, as well as a couple of expert advisors/mentors in the ROV industry, which should help.
A little about me:
I'm currently 17, in my last year of A levels. I'm very keen on marine science and I would like to study Biology or Marine Biology at university.
