Hello from Ohio

Hello everyone. My name is Matt and im looking to start building a homemade ROV. I have always been a fan of ROVs and and how they can explore the deep. I used to race nitro powered r/c trucks, but that hobby has become way too expensive and im looking to get into a similar hobby. I came across this site and got very interested into building my own. With plenty of lakes and rivers around here it will get plenty of use. Just trying to figure out a design that i want to do and how i'm going to power it.
