try somthing new, with the same trusters
they look alot better now. have you got any ideas for the body.

I think it will be made in stainless tube,
but not shure yet, right now i an looking at pic's to get som idear's

have you tested it in the water again now you have modified the thruster housing, what was it like.

yes it had much more power, but the frame of the rov is the problem now it's too havy

Looks like you're using Starboard for your frame's material. That's a nice material to work with (cuts / mills very nicely) but it's thicker than needed for the loads you'll encounter and, as someone else mentioned, you're not permitting water to pass through the frame at all. I would cut / mill away every bit of that frame that wasn't necessary for holding it together. Take a look at how other manufacturers are doing it for ideas, for instance the SeaEye Falcon here:
