Control Center Ideas

Hi All

New to the board- just thought i'd share a link some might find interesting. Its a First Person View model airplane forum- lots of good ideas about cameras, video capture etc. Found it while researching control center ideas-

These guys have similar requirements to us- housing control apparatus, LCD screens, video capture boxes and all the associated wiring, in a manageable system- so i thought it would be of interest.

Hopefully will inspire a few ideas for you all. Personally, im kinda partial to this sort of set-up

It's tough to get video out of the water because it stops Rf very well. This means that you could use a Fpv system but you would need a way to transmit from the surface with an antenna bouy like I plan to do or a full blown umbilical that plugs into a monitor.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we're all pretty disappointed about the effects of water on Rf signals.
