I just got done soldering my velleman 8023 kit, and would like to ask the forum, do I power the reciever by putting 12 volts dc in to the (+ vext and Gnd) on the blue screw terminals? Also on the control there is a "common" in addition to the ( + and - VTX terminal) does this "common&...
